Meeting with candidates is an essential part of the recruitment process as it helps us to really get to know you, your personality, your ambitions and the best environment for you to flourish. Armed with this information we are then in the best position to help you find your ideal position.
Vacancy Briefing & CV Submission
Briefing candidates is another key part of the recruitment process and when speaking to you about a vacancy we always ensure that you are provided with all the information available. As well as talking you through the position’s duties and responsibilities, we will also provide you with a detailed description of the company’s culture, environment and opportunities for progression.
When we submit your CV to a client, we ensure that the CV and your Profile make the maximum impact so that the client instantly recognises your suitability to the role. The Profile highlights your skills, attributes and experience in line with the position you are applying for and also paints a 3-dimensional picture of what you are like as a person. We feel that this is equally as important as your skills and experience and this ensures that you are given the best chance of being selected for interview.
Interview Preparation
Prior to your interview you will receive an email confirming the time, location and who you are meeting, what they are like, the job description, further information on the Company and an interview questions guide. The day before your interview we will then talk you through final interview preparation in more detail, what to expect, structure and potential questions that could be asked. We are then confident that you have everything you need to perform to the best of your abilities.
